Family Treehouse - landscape garden project
A family garden treehouse project nestled amongst a group of oaks, as part of a whole garden landscape project.
“The whole family loves it!”
We were delighted to work with Fiona Stephenson Designs, an award winning landscape designer on this project in East Horsley, Surrey. When I first met Fiona on site for a consultation with her client, the site was a sea of mud in preparation for what I could already feel from Fiona was to be an inspired and playful family garden project.
We had been chosen by the client to design and build a whole family treehouse and 'outdoors supper' decking, Fiona's inspiration and clarity of vision guided what became a perfect location and linked beautifully as a magical journey into all the other children and family areas, including a garden Swing Set, balancing beams Trim-Trail and discussions around a Zip Wire.
Through weeks of mud, we worked with Fiona keeping an excellent hard-landscaping team and our excited clients very calm, focused and on-track with what what has become just the most wonderful garden for kids to grow up and the whole family to enjoy together.
Treehouse Life enjoyed lots of croissant and frothy coffee moments with Fiona making this whole project a real joy, all of which oozes into everything we created and our part in an acclaimed and very much loved garden.
Key benefits for our client:
→ We worked in a great relationship with the Landscape Designer.
→ We guided a vision and explained this carefully to the client.
→ Our team worked well alongside the landscaping team.
